My brother, The Illusionist

This project began as a fun portrait of my brother; dressed as his wrestling alter ego 'the illusionist' and ended up being my entry for the 2012 Doug Moran prize. Unfortunately it didn't make the finalists, but I'll try again next year. It was lots of fun anyway .

Here are a few custom tattoos I've recently done. Like my fine art my favourite subjects are always organic forms; whether it be the tentacles of an octopus or a tree trunk I like to create spatial depth through tone and line.
